This is an application under section 438, Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Khandagiri P.S. Case No.65 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.574 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar for alleged commission of offences under sections 420/ 406/354/387/506/342/451/307/394/294/120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of accusation against the

// 2 // petitioner and pendency of the 138 of the N.I. Act proceeding between the parties and the fact that the petitioner is an interim bail since 15.03.2021 and she has not misutilized her liberty, keeping in view the proviso to section 437(1) Cr.P.C., the interim order dated 15.03.2021 is made absolute.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
