This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. A bare perusal of record would indicate that defect as pointed out has not yet been removed. Further, the petitioner by way of an application U/S. 482 of Cr.P.C. seeks to quash the NBWA issued against him on 23.03.2015 and in the meantime, around seven years have passed from the date of impugned order. In view of the above facts, this Court reasonably entertains a doubt as to whether the cause of action is still survives for the petitioner in this case. 3.

In view of such, the CRLMC is dismissed.
