By way of this writ petition a serious allegation is made against the Municipal Commissioner involving inaction in developing drain and road in the word No.29(47), Gandarpur, Nuasahi, Cuttack. It is also alleged that as a consequence there is heavy amount of unhygienic situation in the locality. 2.

Without entering into any controversy but however, keeping in view the nature of allegation and finding that the claim of the Petitioner is required to be attained to urgently, further also finding that there is no development pursuant to the complain of the Petitioner dated 13.04.2021, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the Commissioner, Cuttack Municipal Corporation to look into the grievance of the Petitioner and send a competent Officer to visit the locality and submit report on the complain of the Petitioner and depending on recommendation, if any, do the needful

// 2 // within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order by the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
