Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education Department contended that though this contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 13.05.2020 passed in W.P.(C) No. 11896 of 2020, but the State has preferred writ appeal bearing W.A. No. 71 of 2021 against such order passed in the writ petition, which is pending disposal.

In view of the above, this contempt petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer after disposal of the writ appeal.
