The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order dated 08.04.2016 passed in O.A. No.260/00206 of 2016, by which the Central Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack, while granting the order of status quo, has directed opposite party no.2 to consider the representation of opposite party no.1 against the order of transfer.

This Court is not inclined to pass any order with regard to the order of transfer, as in the meantime five years have passed.
