1. Heard Mr.Pattnaik, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.Das, learned counsel for the State.

2. It is submitted that the Petitioner was released on anticipatory bail in ABLAPL No.3266 of 2020 by this Court as per the order dated 13th July, 2020 and modified on 8.4.2022. But the chargesheet was filed showing him absconded and the learned J.M.F.C.(R), Cuttack issued N.B.W. allowing the prayer of the I.O., by order dated 21st March, 2020.

3. The Petitioner has prayed to set aside the said order of J.M.F.C.(R), Cuttack issuing N.B.W. against him.

4. Upon hearing both parties and keeping in view the fact that the Petitioner has been released on anticipatory bail by this Court, he is directed to appear before the learned J.M.F.C.(R), Cuttack on any working day within four weeks from today and submit the copies of his bail order. Till then, particularly not beyond 25th day

of June 2022, the execution of the N.B.W. issued against him pursuant to the order dated 21st March, 2020 of the learned J.M.F.C.(R), Cuttack shall be kept in abeyance.

5. The CRLMC is disposed of.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
