Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash Annexures-1, 3, 5 and 7 and to direction to the opposite party corporation to promote the petitioner to post of Assistant Executive Engineer and then to the post of Executive Engineer from the date, when his juniors were so promoted, and provide him all consequential service and financial benefits. 4.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-10 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time.

In view of the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-10 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of production of authenticated/ certified copy of this order.
