Considering the nature of allegations, availability of materials prima facie in support thereof and the fact that in an earlier case the petitioner being granted bail was directed not to involve himself in criminal activities, but he misused such liberty, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore, rejected.

BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
