Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2021 in connection with Purushottampur P.S. Case No.448 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.481 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Purusottampur for the alleged commission of offence under Section 395 of IPC.

It is submitted that the petitioner has been implicated in the case only on suspicion without any specific material to show his complicity in the alleged occurrence. It is further submitted that there is no criminal antecedents in so far as the present petitioner is concerned 5.
Considering the submissions made, the period of detention already undergone and the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the
court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail. 6.
BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
