This Court records the statement of learned counsel for the Petitioner that not only the pleadings involving C.S. No.404 of 2012 are completed but there is even no pendency of any interim application.

This Court observes, in the event there is no obstruction in proceeding with the trial, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of C.S. No. 404 of 2012 within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner. The Petitioner herein is restraint for asking adjournment in the trial court.
