With a prayer to quash the F.I.R. in connection with Anandapur P.S. Case No.202 of 2016, the petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. 2.
Case record reveals that the Stamp Reporter of this Registry has pointed out defects, such as, non-supply of certified copy of the F.I.R. and non-furnishing of the details of G.R. case. This matter is of the year 2017 and as of date the defects are not removed.

During course of hearing, Mr. Rashmi Ranjan Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not want to press this petition, as by efflux of time the matter has been substantially proceeded with. 4.
In view of such submission, this CRLMC deserves dismissal. Accordingly, this CRLMC is dismissed as not pressed.
