This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard Mr.S.K. Jena, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. K.K. Gaya, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

Defect No.6 is ignored.

Being aggrieved by the order dtd. 30.03.2021 passed in S.T. Case No. 5 of 2015 by the Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Khallikote issuing order of NBW, the petitioner has approached this Court. While prima facie, this Court does not find any infirmity in the order passed but in order to allow the petitioner to effectively defend himself, it is directed that, in the

event, the petitioner surrender within a period of three weeks hence, he shall be released on bail on earlier terms. 5.

It is made clear that, in the event the petitioner does not surrender within the time fixed, it shall be open to the prosecution to take effective steps in terms of the impugned order. 6.

While being released on bail, it is directed that the petitioner shall furnish his mobile number and email I.D., if any. 7.

The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of.
