This writ petition involves the following prayer: "
PRAYER The petitioner therefore prays that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this writ petition;
Issue notice to the opp.parties, the opp.parties may direct not to allow any pucca road over the Govt. land in Khata no.216, 217, 218, obstructing the water flow coming from five villages through Govt. land. Further the illegal encroacher over the govt. land may be evicted to save the land of the petitioner vide Khata No.89, Mouza-dhamantira, PS - Nimapada, District - Puri from the soil erosion by allowing the flow of water over the Petitioner's land.
And pass such other order/ orders granting complete relief to the petitioner."

It is submitted by the learned counsel for Petitioner that representation at the instance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-4 pending before the Collector, Puri, requires urgent attention. 3.
Keeping in view the above submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner and as this Court finds, the representation at the instance of the Petitioner is still pending before the Collector, Puri, this Court directs the Collector, Puri to consider the representation at the instance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-4 and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto and if necessary, involving the Petitioner.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner. 5.
