1. Heard Mr. M. Chand, learned counsel for the Petitioners as well as Mr. K. Das, learned A.S.C. for the State-Opposite Party.
2. Mr. M. Chand, learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the learned trial court on the first occasion.
3. Accordingly, the CRLMC is disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty to the Petitioners to approach the learned trial court for default bail and in such event, the prayer of the Petitioners shall be considered in accordance with law including the principles decided in the case of Rohiteswar Meher vs. State of Odisha (disposed of on 8.2.2021 in CRLMC No.1358/2020).
