Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 31.11.2021 in connection with Dharmgarh P.R. Case No. 65 of 2021-22 corresponding to C.T. Case No.06 of 2021 (NDPS) pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-Special Judge, Dharamgarh for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 20(b)(II)(B) of the NDPS Act. 4.
Considering the submissions, materials on record and the fact that the seized contraband is less than commercial quantity, being 18 kg of ganja, as also the fact that the final PR has been submitted in the case, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
