Considering the limited request involved herein in achieving the Order No.

finality of the trial and looking to the submission of learned counsel appearing for the parties that there is no hurdle coming on the way of targeting the suit, this Court disposes of the Civil Miscellaneous Petition with a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhadrak to complete the trial of C.S.No.177/2011-I within a period of nine months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order. Both the parties are restrained from unnecessarily applying for adjournment.
