Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with G.R. Case No.126 of 2020 arising out of Pattamundai P.S. Case No.126 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Pattamundai for alleged commission of offences under sections 363/294/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Perused the F.I.R.
Learned counsel for the State submits that the victim is aged about thirteen years and she was kidnapped and she has not been rescued.
In view of such submission, I am not inclined to
// 2 // release the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the ABLAPL is dismissed.
Interim order dated 15.03.2021 stands vacated. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
