1. This petition has been filed for review of order dated 22nd Order No.

February, 2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.6264 of 2021.

2. The principal ground on which the review is sought of the order dated 22nd February, 2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.6264 of 2021 is that the Review Petitioner herein was not heard: neither was notice issued nor was he heard when the impugned order was passed. This has factually not been disputed by any of the Opposite Parties.

3. On that short ground, the order dated 22nd February, 2021 in W.P.(C) No.6264 of 2021 is hereby recalled and the said writ petition is restored to the file of the roster Bench where it will be listed for directions on 2nd January, 2023.

4. The review petition is allowed.
