This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application for extension of time. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the ABLAPL No.1716 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 02.09.2022 granting bail to the petitioners but, inadvertently petitioner no.3-Kamara Swain and petitioner no.4-Kuni Swain have not be typed out on the said order. Hence, modification has been prayed for.

Accordingly, it is directed that petitioner no.3-Kamara Swain and petitioner no.4-Kuni Swain be added to the order dated 02.09.2022 in ABLAPL No.1716 of 2022 and both of them be allowed to avail the same benefit subject to same conditions. Rest

// 2 // part of the order shall remain intact. The petitioner no.3-Kamara Swain and petitioner no.4-Kuni Swain can avail the benefit of the bail order dated 02.09.2022, if the petitioner no.3-Kamara Swain and petitioner no.4-Kuni Swain surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Parjanga on or before 21st of October, 2022.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
