1. This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode.

2. Petitioner is the defaulting co-borrower of a home loan account.

3. By filing the present petition, challenge has been made to assail the auction notice of the mortgaged residential house fixed for 08.03.2022 for recovery of an outstanding liability of ₹9,55,000.00 approximately.

4. At the time of hearing, counsel for the Bank states that upon deposit of the amounts overdue, the NPA account has been upgraded to a standard account. With regard to the alternative prayer for extending the loan tenure to 15 years, the counsel is free to make a

// 2 // proper application which shall be considered in terms of the policy of the Bank.

5. In view of the above, counsel for the Petitioner does not want to press the present writ petition.
