1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the Fact Sheet under Annexure-1 and to direct the opposite parties to declare him as pass candidate in paper-1 of 1st semester in M. Tech in Industrial Power Control & Drives (Part-Time).

4. Mr. N.K. Sahu, learned counsel for the opposite party nos.3 and 4 brings to the notice of the Court that the petitioner has failed in one subject, therefore, his result could not be published in due time.

5. Mr. N. Behuria, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if liberty is granted to the petitioner, the petitioner will appear in the

// 2 // examination of the subject in which he has already failed, so that result can be published in accordance with merits.

6. The writ petition is disposed of giving liberty as aforesaid.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
