This application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 406 of Cr.P.C. for transfer of G.R. Case No. 951 of 2013 from the Court of the learned J.M.F.C., Dhamnagar to the Court of the learned A.D.J. -cum- Special Chit Fund Fast Track Court, Balasore.

This Court does not have power under Section 406 of Cr.P.C. to transfer the case.

Considering the fact that the case is pending since 2016 and has not been moved till date. It is presumed to be infructuous and dismissed as such.
