This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has got no instruction in the matter, but it appears from the record that the Petitioner was granted interim bail for a period of three weeks by an order passed on 23.09.2022 which was again extended for another three weeks by another order passed on 20.10.2022. 3.
In view of the facts and submissions, the bail application stands disposed of for want of instruction, but the learned Court in seisin of the case is requested to proceed against the Petitioner and the surety in accordance with law, if the Petitioner has not surrendered in the meantime after availing the interim bail.
