This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The Petitioner has filed the present writ application seeking a direction to the Opposite Party No.1 for taking immediate action for disbursement of financial benefits such as EPF, EPF Family Pension and other benefits to the Petitioner within a stipulated time. 4.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has filed a representation before the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Opposite Party No.1 on 07.10.2021 and further submits that a direction be issued to the Opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law within a stipulated period of time.

Considering the submissions made, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Opposite Party No.1 to consider

// 2 // the representation of the Petitioner dated 07.10.2021 under Annexure-4 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The Opposite Party No.1 is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner by passing a reasoned and speaking order and the decision taken on the representation of the Petitioner shall be communicated to the Petitioner within two weeks thereafter. 6.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application is disposed of.
