This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

2. Petitioner by filing W.P.(C) No.14668 of 2017 was seeking cancellation of Registration Certificate of Mahaveer Nirman Shramika Welfare Union/Opposite Party No.4. The said Writ Petition was disposed of vide order dated 4th August, 2017 with a direction to the Additional Registrar of Trade Union-cum-Deputy Labour Commissioner, Cuttack for deciding the pending representation in the said regard.

3. At the time of hearing, Mr. Samantaray by referring to the Letter No.3463 dated 7th July, 2022 informed this Court that the aforesaid Opposite Party

// 2 // No.4- Mahaveer Nirman Shramika Welfare Union has already surrendered its Registration Certificate since 16th February, 2018 to the competent authority.
