Heard Mr.A.Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Zafrulla, learned Addl. Standing Counsel. 3.
Mr.Zafrulla submits that the complaint under Annexure-4 has not been received by Inspector-in-Charge, Cyber Crime Police Station (opposite party No.4) and in case the petitioner files a complaint before opposite party No.4, action as permissible under law will be taken. 4.
In such background, Mr.Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the petition as he wants to file an appropriate complaint before opposite party No.4. 5.
Considering such submissions the CRLMP is disposed of as withdrawn. It is needless to say that in case the petitioner files a complaint before opposite party No.4, the said opposite party is directed to proceed with the same
