This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction for early disposal of OLR (8-A) Case No.21681 of 2021 stated to be pending before the Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.3.

Taking into consideration the submission of Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court directed learned State Counsel to take instruction with regard to status of the aforesaid case filed under Section 8-A of the Odisha Land Reforms Act, 1960. Today, Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel, on written instruction, submits that OLR (8-A) Case No.21681 of 2021 has already been rejected since 15th September, 2021 by the Additional Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar. The Petitioner is also aware of the said fact. This writ petition has been filed by suppressing material fact.

Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no instruction on the same. However, he submits that he

// 2 // will be careful in future while obtaining instruction from his client. He, therefore, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition. 5.

In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
