Since no F.I.R. has yet been registered and there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioners, I am not inclined to entertain the application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. The petitioners are at liberty to seek appropriate remedy after the registration of the F.I.R.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
Interim order dated 20.04.2021 stands vacated. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
