The Petitioner has the allegation of law and order situation involving Grama Panchayat Election involved herein. In such event, the Petitioner has already complained to the Collector and S.P., Jagatsinghpur under Annexure-2 series. While disposing of the Writ Petition, this Court directs O.Ps.1 & 3 to look into the grievance of the Petitioner and if necessary, take preventive measures and to see that there is no law and order situation in conducting of Election. 3.

Issue urgent certified copy.
