Heard Mr. B.B. Choudhury, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. D.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel.

On instruction, Mr. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that the S.I. of Laxmisagar Police Station visited Dhanbad with his team to rescue the victim. But she expressed her unwillingness to return to her husband on account of mental and physical torture by her husband. In this connection, she has given a written statement that she is staying there safely and has not been kidnapped by any person.

In such background, Mr. Choudhury, does not want to proceed further in the case.
