1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. The petitioner files the writ petition seeking direction to the District Education Officer, Rayagada to work out the transfer order vide office letter No.6905 dated 10.12.2021. He has filed an appeal before the Director of Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar on 10.01.2022 challenging the said transfer order. The petitioner should have waited till the outcome of the said appeal.
3. Instead of waiting the outcome of the said appeal, the petitioner has moved before this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution by filing the present writ petition. In the meantime, the D.E.O., Rayagada has issued a letter dated 10.02.2022 to the present petitioner to join in his new place of posting, which he assails before this Court.
4. The petitioner is directed to immediately join the new place of posting without further delay.
5. In view of such observation, the writ petition is disposed of.

6. However, if the petitioner succeeds in the said appeal, he might be allowed as per the order passed by the appellate authority.
