This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on the last two occasions on 27.10.2022 and 21.11.2022, but one last chance was given to the Petitioner on the last date and he has failed to avail such chance today.

In view of the aforesaid facts, it pre-supposes that the Petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, this CRLMC is dismissed.
