Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with G.R. Case No.126 of 2020 arising out of Pattamundai P.S. Case No.126 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Pattamundai for alleged commission of offences under sections 363/294/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Perused the F.I.R.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the victim is aged about thirteen years and she was kidnapped and she has not been rescued.

In view of such submission, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
