Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and viewing the materials on record as also other surrounding circumstances, while being not inclined to grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner No.1; while being not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner No.1, it is observed that in the event the Petitioner No.1 surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case within three weeks hence in connection with Parlakhemundi P.S. Case No.254 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. Case No.662 of 2019 pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Parlakhemundi and moves for his release on bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit and disposed of early in accordance with law.

In so far as the Petitioner No.2 is concerned, it is, however, directed that in the event Petitioner No. 2 surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in the aforesaid case within three weeks hence and moves for her release on bail, she shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court.
Interim order passed on 28th February, 2020 does no more survive in respect of Petitioner No.1.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
