This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438, Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Khallikote P.S. Case No.30 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.61 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Khallikote for alleged commission of offences under sections 341/294/323/

// 2 // 324/354/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the State seeks some further time to obtain the case diary.

Since this case was filed on 10.02.2021 and the petitioner was granted interim protection as per order dated 15.03.2021 and the offences are triable by Magistrate and petitioners nos.1, 3, 5 and 6 are ladies and after going through the available materials on record and the nature of accusation against the petitioners, the interim order dated 15.03.2021 is made absolute.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
