This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioners are in custody since 16.04.2021 in connection with Narsinghpur P.S. Case No.25 of 2021 corresponding to S.T. Case No.100 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Athagarh for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 395 of IPC and Sections 25/27 of Arms Act.

Considering the submissions, materials on record, the period of detention and the fact that no Test Identification Parade has been conducted and nothing has been seized from the petitioners, coupled with the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted in the case, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioners be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that they shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of

posting of the case without fail.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
