1. This matter is taken up through virtual mode.

2. Pursuant to the order dated 2nd May, 2022, further affidavit has been filed by the Superintendent of Police, Kandhamal stating therein that in the earlier affidavit filed before this Court inadvertently nothing was stated with regard to the action taken against the concerned I.I.C. for non-compliance of the order of this Court. In the present affidavit, it is stated that the S.P. has called for an explanation from the I.I.C. and has also directed the D.S.P., Headquarters, Kandhamal to cause an enquiry into the mater against the said I.I.C.

3. Considering the facts stated in the affidavit, the same is accepted. The matter is treated as closed.
