1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The petitioner has filed the writ petition seeking direction to the opposite party Nos. 4 and 5 to implement order No.1486 dated 29.01.2022 passed by the Director, Elementary Education, Odisha within a stipulated period.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner invited this Court's attention to Annexure-7 vide order dated 29.01.2022 passed by the Director of Elementary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar, wherein he has suggested to the D.E.O., Nayagarh to modify the transfer order of the petitioner and directed the petitioner to be posted to a school having deficit of teacher, after receipt of a proposal from BEO, Dasapalla keeping in view the prevailing rationalization policy dated 04.10.2018 of the Government in S & ME Department under intimation to all concerned.

4. In view of such facts, the District Education Officer, Nayagarhopposite party No.4 is directed to take a decision on the grievance of the present petitioner in accordance with the order passed by the Director, Elementary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar on 29.01.2022 within a period of fifteen days (15) days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the brief.

5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
