1. The present petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('Act') seeks the appointment of an Arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the Petitioner and the Opposite Party, arising out of the LLP Agreement under Annexure-1.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the Opposite Party states that he has no objection to the appointment of Arbitrator.

3. On consent of learned counsel for the parties, the Court accordingly appoints Mr. Saswat Kumar Acharya, Advocate practicing in this Court as the sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties including the claims and counter claims. The arbitration shall take place under the aegis of the High Court of Orissa Arbitration and Mediation Centre.

4. The arbitration petition is disposed of accordingly. A copy of this order be communicated to the learned Arbitrator forthwith.
