This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed in the year 2020 challenging the order dated 10.12.2019 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn), Bhubaneswar involving rejection of an application U/o.6 rule 17 of C.P.C. in C.S. No.156 of 2012. 2.

Two years have already passed from the date of order and the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is not moved. Issuing notice after such lapse of time not only linger disposal of the suit, but will surely prejudice the parties otherwise.
