Mr. Bhanjadeo, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client is widow of a person, who was trampled to death by a wild elephant on 9th January, 2020. There was post mortem conducted. His client made representation dated 30th September, 2021 to opposite party no.5.

Mr. Panda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, the representation is pending consideration. It will be considered.

Opposite party no.5 is directed to consider and deal with said representation dated 30th September, 2021 and inform petitioner the result, within three weeks from communication. Petitioner has prayed for Rs.4 lakhs compensation. In event compensation is granted, it is to be disbursed forthwith thereafter, failing which reasons for rejection, made known.

The writ petition is disposed of.
