Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

Considering the nature of accusations and the existence of materials prima facie in support thereof, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore, rejected. It is however open to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after examination of the victim. It is further directed that the learned trial Court shall do well to examine the victim at the first instance. 4.
BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
