This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

None appears for the appellant, despite our order dated 14.11.2022.

As there was no representation for the appellant, we served a copy of the order dated 08.09.2022 upon the appellant for ensuring her representation in this proceeding. It is on record that the said order has been duly received by her. On 14.11.2022, we deferred the hearing in contemplation that appellant would appear or ensure her representation.

In the said order dated 14.11.2022 the following observation was made by us:

"it is made absolutely clear that if on the next day, there is no representation for the appellant, this court will be persuaded to pass an order for non-prosecution.

As there is no representation even today from the appellant, we have no other alternative but to dismiss this appeal for nonprosecution. 6.

The appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
