1. The Court is not satisfied that the question of demolition of encroachment by the S.V.M. Autonomous College, Jagatsinghpur, is a matter for public interest, particularly, since the College itself is not before the Court as a Petitioner.

2. The Court, therefore, declines to entertain the present petition. This will not prevent the College if it is actually aggrieved by the actions of the other Opposite Parties to seek appropriate reliefs in accordance with law.
