ORDER
14.03.2022 Order No.
This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2.
Heard Mr. J.M. Pattanaik, learned counsel for the petitioners.
3.
The petitioners have filed this writ petition assailing the order dated 18.01.2022 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in M.A. No.605 of 2021 (arising out of O.A. No.202 of 2021, by which the case has been adjourned to 12.04.2022 on the prayer made by learned counsel for the opposite parties. 4.
Mr. J.M. Pattanaik, learned counsel for the petitioners states that in pursuance of the order dated 12.07.2021 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No.202 of 2021, the petitioners filed representation before the authority, but the same is still pending for consideration. It is further stated that since the case of the petitioners is covered by the ratio decided by the Bombay High Court, the same should have been disposed of
in terms of the said judgment passed by the Bombay High Court. Alleging non-implementation of the order of the Tribunal, the petitioners filed M.A. No.605 of 2021, but the Tribunal instead of passing any order has adjourned the matter to 12.04.2022 on the prayer made by learned counsel for the opposite parties.
5.
This Court deprecates the practice adopted by the petitioners and accordingly is not inclined to entertain this writ petition.
6.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue their remedy before the appropriate forum.
7.
In view of such submission, the writ petition is disposed of, as withdrawn, granting liberty as aforesaid. Alok /Sukanta ...........................
