Heard Mr. S. Rath, learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the State-Petitioners and learned Counsel for Opposite Party No.1.

Mr. S. Rath, learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the State-Petitioners contended that the issue involved in this case is squarely covered by the ratio decided by this Court in Abhaya Charan Mohanty v. State of Odisha [WPC (OAC) No.3494 of 2013, disposed of on 14.07.2021 by the learned Single Judge]. Therefore, this Writ Petition may be disposed of in terms of the Order dated 14.07.2021 passed by this Court in WPC (OAC) No.3494 of 2013.

Since the issue involved in this case is similar to WPC (OAC) No.3494 of 2013, this Court does not find any error in the Order dated 26.08.2015 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar in O.A. No.1184 of 2008. 5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition merits no consideration and

the same is dismissed.
