1. This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.
2. Since the offences are under Sections 376(2)(n) of the Indian Penal Code besides other offences, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to take steps to implead the informant as opposite party No.2 to this case and issuance of notice against the said opposite party No.2.
3. Two extra copies of the brief be served on the learned counsel for the State, who in turn, shall transmit the same to the IIC/I.O. of the concerned P.S. to enable him to serve the same on the opposite party No.2-informant in this case indicating therein that the
// 2 // matter shall be taken up on 19th April, 2023 with regard to grant of bail to the petitioner.
