1.There is nothing to show that Annexure-2 series and Annexure-3 Order No.

series representations were in fact delivered to the authorities in question. Without such proof, it is not possible for this Court to issue directions to the authorities.

2. Consequently, the Court permits the Petitioners to make a fresh representation to the authorities this time making sure that they have proof of delivery/dispatch of such representation to the authorities and following up such representation, to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

3. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for in the above terms.
