Heard Mr.A.P.Bose, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Zafrulla, learned Addl. Standing Counsel. 3.

On instruction Mr.Zafrulla, learned Addl. Standing Counsel submits that the investigating authority is making all endeavour to complete the investigation of Brahmagiri P.S. Case No. 138 of 2021 within a period of six weeks. 4.

Considering such submissions, the CRLMP is disposed of directing the I.I.C., Brahmagiri Police Station (opposite party no.3) to complete the investigation of Brahmagiri P.S. Case No. 138 of 2021 in accordance with law within the above noted time period.

Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.

A free copy of the order be supplied to Mr.Zafrulla,
