I.A. No.1112 of 2022 03.

1. Heard Mr. S.K. Achary, learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as Mr. S.S. Kanungo, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State-Opposite Party.

2. The Petitioner seeks extension of his interim bail for another period of three months on the ground of illness.

3. Upon hearing both the parties and considering the grounds taken in the I.A., the period of interim bail as directed by this Court in the order dated 05.04.2022 is extended till 17th October, 2022.

4. It is made clear that the Petitioner shall surrender himself before the concerned trial court on or before 18th October, 2022 failing which learned trial court shall take appropriate steps including issuance of NBW of arrest to apprehend him.

5. I.A. is disposed of.
